Does NFC work on every phone?

Yes — virtually all iPhones since 2019 and all modern Android phones support NFC tapping natively, no app required. If a phone somehow doesn't support it, every card also has a QR code as backup.

What if a customer doesn't know how to tap it?

They don't need to know anything — most phones just light up automatically when tapped. And every card includes a QR code too, so scanning with a camera app always works as a fallback.

How is this different from a QR code sign on my counter?

A sign requires someone to notice it, open their camera app, and aim it. A tap card works the instant a phone touches it — faster and harder to ignore — while still including the same QR code as backup.

Can I change where the card links after I set it up?

Once a card is activated, its destination is locked to prevent tampering. If you need it changed, reach out to our support team and we'll help you out.

Can I see how many people actually left a review, not just tapped?
